Let me start off with saying the reviews people are giving a 2...true. my experience was bad I explain of some biting me in the room and you to tell me it didn't and push what I felt aside. I will never stay there again. Management wouldn't call me back after I left few messages for them to return my funds. I use that particular hotel because I had medical procedures. That hotel needs to be cleaned and treated for bugs! I'm nit looking for no one now to return my call after these few months of not caring especially with me being a diamond member. I even reached out and noted this problem day after at the diamond office. One thing I can say the check in front desk person was nice and polite. Location would be great if they cater to people and what they saying vout their rooms.

Hotel lobby was impressive as well as the outdoor seating area and firepit. The simple thing such as the infused water available to guests was thoughtful and tasty. Staff was helpful and polite about recommendations for dining etc as well as hotel info. I did not use the hotel pool so I cannot comment. It looked clean though. The rooms were pristine as was expected of the Hilton garden brand. Rooms big and bathroom with tons of light and very clean. The closet is always a win. Able to unpack especially with multiple persons making getting dressed easy. Lots of space for shoes and clothing items. Coffee area clean and well stocked. Fridge also clean.

Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, the size of the room, the helpfulness of the staff at the front desk not sure the name of person check in but she was extrmely nice durnig the check out Janifer was great all of them during our stay, they even go out of their way to guide you . The HGI: Princeton Lawrenceville hotel is in a great location and is fairly clean. You're near a shopping center and a variety of food choices. The in-hotel restaurant/bar was great - I highly recommend the sweet tai chili wings and margarita after work. My experience here had been great the entire week, up until the end. Diamond member or not, it's extremely frustrating to have the front desk hang up on you. I checked out first thing via the app this morning (~6:30am) and realized prior to boarding my flight home that I never received my receipt, which normally sends automatically. I called the hotel, I called again and was re-routed to an operator who also could not get through to them. The operator explained that it was check-out time so it may be busy, I understood that no problem. I waited about an hour or so and tried to call back again for the phone to ring twice and go to the recorded message. I noticed it would ring longer at some points before clicking and other calls would get 1-2 rings before they kept hanging up my call. The least you could do is answer, say you're busy and ask to put me on hold -- it's extremely rude to just keep hanging up. I travel for work and need the receipt to be able to submit and expense report so I may be reimbursed, so at this point you're in the way of my money. I would have stayed again, but should any issue arise I wouldn't even be able to get to the front desk. Hard pass.

Overall, nice place to stay. Only complaint I have is that when I checked in, gentlemen told me it was complimentary breakfast, but I think he meant complementary as they charged my room $15 for the same breakfast food I get free everywhere else, nothing special about it all! Christina was very professional and able to assist me with this issue, comped my food with a voucher and made it right. Needless to say, I will stay elsewhere when I return as most other places don't charge for breakfast these days unless it's fresh cooked. Service has been great, rooms are about the same as every else. Clean though. 4/5 due to hiccup for breakfast and I will now have to drive elsewhere for food this week.
